Santos Rosario is the sister of Felicia and Yelitza Rosario and was the one who initiated her sisters into the cult.

In 2010, Santos Rosario, a sophomore at Sarah Lawrence College, trusted his girlfriend when she said her father was being released from prison after being persecuted by mysterious authorities.

Rosario, a pivotal government witness against alleged sex cult leader Lawrence Ray, recalled, “She informed me that her father was in jail on trumped up charges on a child custody dispute and that he was a hero.”

Rosario had a favourable first impression of Ray before he started dating Talia Ray, Ray’s daughter. Larry Ray asserted that the criminal charges brought against him was that, first for securities fraud in the late 1990s, then for contempt of court for violating child custody orders were all retribution for his work in exposing the powerful.

According to reports, Ray claimed to have enticed former Donald Trump associate Felix Sater back to the United States at the direction of the FBI while working as a government informant for former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik. Talia Ray bragged that Rosario trusted them after her father “exposed” Kerik and he praised the defendant before a jury, saying, “I felt he was really cool, very smart, very controlled, and quite inspirational.”
